Our puppies are now in 20 states and counting. If you’re not up for a grand road trip to Michigan, or are unable to fly your pet home yourself, we do have a wonderful flight nanny option. Please reach out for more details if this is a service that you may want. Price varies based on location. 

SHIPPING

Between 6-7 weeks of age, we collaborate with our owners in order of deposits received, to determine the right placement for each family. This is when the puppies' personalities begin to shine and we have more accurate data and testing to base their placements on. For local families, we provide a puppy playdate opportunity at 4 and 6 weeks old to give the owners a chance to meet and interact with the litter. For our out of state families we are always willing to facetime or send additional videos as the puppies grow.

PICKING YOUR PUPPY

Once a litter is born, we are thrilled to include the new owners on the puppies developmental journey! We will create an owners’ group text for that litter and update you each week (at a minimum) with pictures, videos and information on their progress. It becomes a special place to ask questions, share tips and tricks, and keep the littermates and their owners connected! 

JOINING THE HEARTHSTONE FAMILY

Our application questions help us know more about you and our puppies’ potential new home. It also ensures that we pair you with the best-suited puppy for your family. Upon approval, a $500 deposit is required to reserve your pick in the litter (pick is based on deposit date). The balance of $2500 will be due at pick up when the puppies are 8 weeks old.

INVESTMENT

Hearthstone puppies are all sold on AKC limited registration and come with a 3 year health guarantee. When placed in their new homes at 8 weeks old, they have cleared a complete physical from our veterinarian, had their first set of vaccinations, received a microchip and are current on worming protocol. We complete their AKC registration before going home which ensures insurance coverage of 30 days starting immediately.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Living on a small farm with children gives our puppies an abundance of opportunity and love! By 8 weeks old, we have encouraged and taught our puppies to lead with curiosity, not anxiety. We've built layers of emotional stability and trust through intentional interaction. Their intellect has grown as they've completed 16 days of Early Neurological Stimulation and have experienced a variety of sight, sound and textural stimulation utilizing the Rule of 7’s and Puppy Culture methods. We've downloaded the vital "data" and equipped our puppies with the tools they need to be confident, adaptable and thrive as family companions!
